Full Stack Engineer

Startup company specializing in the development of a software platform for fleet management and route optimization. The platform leverages AI technologies and advanced algorithms to plan and monitor vehicle movement in real time, aiming to increase revenue, reduce operational costs, and improve customer service.

The company was acquired a year ago by a major international corporation and works with a wide range of global clients, alongside innovative internal projects.

The offices are located in the north of Israel, near a train station, with a hybrid work model that includes one work-from-home day per week.

The role involves joining a small team, working on a brand-new product, and having a strong impact.

Tech stack: TypeScript, React, Node.js.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of experience building modern web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/ES2015+)
• Strong understanding of software design patterns and engineering best practices
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and working with distributed systems at scale
• Experience troubleshooting production issues, investigating system logs, and ensuring system stability in live environments
• Track record of writing testable, maintainable code, including unit and end-to-end tests
