Your Team:

We are offering you the opportunity to play a key role in building our state-of-the-art GenAI infrastructure, which is responsible for integrating LLM interactions and capabilities with all of Evinced’s components and tools. This role combines research and hands-on pipeline building, contributing directly to improving our clients’ user experience.

You will be joining a team of highly professional and innovative multi-disciplinary engineers that are driven by engineering excellence, the commitment to create a resilient, cutting-edge, evergreen GenAI infrastructure, adopting fast-moving new technologies and industry best practices, and the passion to work in collaboration with each other in an egoless environment

Your Impact:

• Take part in designing resilient, best-in-class GenAI infra
• Continuously improve the quality of the GenAi pipeline's results
• Research and integrate new methods, technologies and evaluation mechanisms to keep our GenAI infrastructure at the forefront of the industry
• Influence data-driven decisions at the product and engineering level, working together with Product, Backend Engineers, DevOps, Data Scientists, Data Operations Managers and other stakeholders
• Troubleshoot problems across a wide array of services and functional areas
  
  

• 3+ years of experience with production-grade RAG pipelines
• 3+ years of work with LLMs and LLM APIs
• 1+ year of experience with LLM fine-tuning methods (e.g. LoRA,QLoRA)
• 5+ years of experience in evaluating LLM and NLP data in production settings
• Python coding skills (langchain, dataframes, scipy, nltk)
• Experience with CSP usage (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
  
  

• 3+ years of experience with multimodal LLM
• 4+ years of classic NLP experience
• Some experience with MCP servers in a production setting
• Experience with at least one data store/service (e.g., ElasticSearch, BigQuery, Bigtable, Redshift, Athena, Clickhouse, Singlestore)
• MSc in relevant disciplines
