We’re looking for a Group testing manager for a super-challenging project at one of Israel's leading security companies.

This is a Full-Time position at Netanya.

Responsibilities

• Manage the system testing domain within the organization managing several testing teams.
• Managing the planning and executing tests on complex systems (50% hands-on).
• Develop comprehensive test plans for systems based on advanced technologies.
• Perform functional, integration, performance, regression, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) testing.
• Identify, resolve, and document defects encountered during testing.
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to improve system quality and integrity.
• Implement automation of testing processes where applicable.
• Train and professionally manage the testing team.
• Generate detailed reports on testing results with recommendations for improvement.
  
  

• 4 years of experience in system testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role or equivalent military experience.
• Experience in testing large, complex systems, including integration testing.
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM).
• Proficiency in functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps frameworks.
• Ability to lead and manage technical teams.
• Advantage: Experience with military system and/or networking and communication systems.
