We are looking for an Software Testing Team Lead a professional and dynamic Software Testing Team Lead to manage a testing team for complex software systems

This is a full-time, on-site position in Netanya.

Description

• The role involves overseeing testing processes.
• Planning and strategizing testing activities.
• Ensuring product quality in a cutting-edge technological environment.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in software testing,
• At least 1 year in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Experience with Command and Control (C2) systems - a significant advantage.
• In-depth understanding of software development and testing processes (manual and automated).
• Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead processes while meeting deadlines.
• High analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
• Relevant military background - an advantage.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment under pressure.
• Excellent command of Hebrew and English (written and verbal).
• Experience in the defense sector or with embedded systems. - Advantage
• Familiarity with quality and testing standards such as ISTQB.Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Advantage
