Strategic Project Manager

Ben-Gurion University is seeking a passionate and proactive Strategic Projects Manager to join the Office of the Chief Strategy Officer for the Negev.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and lead strategic projects in collaboration with university units, researchers, students, and external partners.

• Manage and operate community-building initiatives and interdisciplinary collaborations across the Negev region.

• Define goals, timelines, and success metrics; oversee progress and impact measurement.

• Identify and implement opportunities for growth and social impact through academic and community partnerships.

• Assist in developing the university's annual strategic plan and budget for regional engagement.

• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to promote regional development.

• Organize events, conferences, and seminars that support the university’s strategic connection to the Negev.

Requirements:

• Academic degree (Bachelor’s or higher).

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic/community project management.

• Proven ability to work with digital tools and platforms.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Passion for community building and regional impact.
