We are seeking an experienced technician for precise soldering, BGA reballing, and electronic PCB rework.The role involves working under a microscope, using advanced rework stations, and reading .brd files.Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in soldering and PCB assembly is required.Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in rework, soldering, and assembly of electronic PCBs.- Proven experience with rebelling BGA components � mandatory.- Proficiency in soldering all types of components, including Through-Hole, SMD, BGA, Fine Pitch, etc.- Experience in pad (socket) repair � significant advantage.- Skilled in using advanced BGA rework stations.- Ability to work with .brd files and Allegro to locate components and understand layout.- Precise soldering of probes, wires, and cables under a microscope.
