We’re hiring an in-house growth hacker/marketer as our Head of Growth with experience creating and executing a growth strategy from scratch. In this role, you’ll architect and run our entire growth engine: designing a self-serve, product-led funnel; crafting a content-driven community; and amplifying results with data-backed performance marketing. Responsibilities

• Design and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc.) to attract the most relevant ICPs and personas.
• Refine positioning, pricing, and messaging based on user behavior, competitor analysis, and campaign data.
• Build and optimize the website structure and content for conversions and SEO.
• Set up clear funnel analytics and reporting to monitor performance at each stage and identify drop-offs.
• Create automated flows to segment high-value enterprise leads (e.g., based on company size, usage patterns, email domains), route them to sales, and drive SMB conversions via fully automated flows (email/SMS/in-app).
• Collect and amplify user feedback, testimonials, and case studies, and leverage them across the website, campaigns, and media.
• Build brand awareness through a content strategy, community engagement, and influencer collaborations.
• Identify and manage tools, vendors, and freelancers (e.g., writers, designers, SEO experts) as needed to scale faster.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS or AI startups
• Proven ability to run and optimize paid campaigns, set up analytics dashboards, and implement CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, Segment)
• Strong understanding of user psychology, funnel strategy, and A/B testing
• Hands-on with no-code tools and able to build independently without waiting for dev support
• Experience working with technical audiences (engineers, product designers, etc.) is a plus
• Strategic thinker with tactical execution skills; you see the big picture and get things done fast
