Mobile Tech Lead | Fintech-Crypto Startup | Rishon LeZion (Hybrid)
We are a well-funded fintech-crypto startup based in Rishon LeZion, building innovative solutions for the future of decentralized finance and digital payments. We are looking for a hands-on Mobile Tech Lead to join our growing team and lead the development of our mobile products.
What you will do:
- Lead and own the architecture, development, and delivery of our mobile applications.
- Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to build high-quality, scalable apps.
- Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code while setting best practices for the mobile team.
- Mentor and guide mobile developers within the team.
- Be part of a fast-moving startup environment while working with modern tech and tools.
Requirements:
✅ 5+ years of experience in mobile development.
✅ Strong hands-on experience with React Native (must).
✅ Experience with native mobile development (Android/iOS).
✅ Advantage: experience with Objective-C / Swift.
✅ Advantage: experience working with SQL databases.
✅ Startup mindset, ability to work independently and take ownership.
