Financial Reporting Manager

Location: Hod Hasharon

BATM, a dual-listed company traded on both the London and Tel Aviv Stock Exchanges, is a global provider of real-time technologies for networking solutions, cybersecurity, and medical laboratory systems. The company is headquartered in Hod Hasharon, Israel, with subsidiaries around the world.

We are seeking for a Financial Reporting Manager to work closely with the CFO and serve as a key partner. The role involves full ownership of financial reporting, controls, closing processes, systems, and financial operations. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and management reports.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and statutory reports.
• Oversee monthly and quarterly financial closings, including controls, analysis, and reconciliations.
• Manage tax reporting, revenue recognition, and ongoing tax compliance matters.
• Review and monitor financial data from global subsidiaries.
• Support Due Diligence and M&A processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact with external auditors and regulatory authorities.

Requirements:

• CPA and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 5–6 years of experience as a Controller or in the professional practice department of a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Experience working with international, publicly traded companies, including cross-border financial reporting.
• Expertise in tax reporting and revenue recognition.
• Experience preparing financial statements under IFRS.
• Strong financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
• Fluent English – both spoken and written.
