Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Summary:

PayPlus, a leading fintech company offering a comprehensive suite of financial solutions for businesses, is currently in a growth stage as we expand our product portfolio.

We are seeking a QA Team Leader (Hands-On) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the testing strategy and developing and maintaining automation frameworks to ensure the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Strategy:

• Ensure compliance with industry standards related to software quality.

Test Planning & Execution:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of testing (e.g., unit, integration, system, regression, UAT).
• Ensure thorough testing of software products to identify and resolve defects before release.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand the requirements and provide feedback on testability.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Python for automation purposes.
• Experience with tools like Jira, or other bug tracking and test management systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.
• Ability to conduct performance, scalability, and load testing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
