Join Our Team! Social Media Customer Service Representative

Full-Time | Remote (with option to work from the office)

An international fashion brand is looking for a full-time Customer Service Representative (5 shifts/week). You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for providing fast, clear, and helpful support through social media comments and direct messages as well as handling B2B inquiries.

What You'll Do:

• Respond to customer inquiries via social media (DMs and comments) and B2B platforms in a timely, professional manner
• Represent the brand’s voice and values while assisting with questions, issues, and feedback
• Research and problem-solve to ensure customers receive accurate and helpful information
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues when needed

• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills
• Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Self-motivated, responsible, and independent
• Comfortable working evening and weekend shifts

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Confidence navigating social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok
• Interest in fashion and current trends
