Description

We're looking for a Data Product Manager to lead the strategic and operational coordination of data initiatives across the company. This is a pivotal role — one that acts as the bridge between business needs and data execution, and ensures our data products are scalable, impactful, and aligned with company priorities.

You’ll be responsible for shaping data solutions, managing cross-functional delivery, and introducing standards that help the data team operate at scale.

Responsibilities

Strategic Ownership & Cross-Org Alignment

• Own the data product roadmap in alignment with company OKRs and tech roadmap
• Maintain deep awareness of all core company data flows and dependencies
• Identify reuse opportunities and prevent fragmentation in KPIs and dashboards
• Partner with senior stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Product) to anticipate upcoming needs
  
  

• Lead intake and prioritization processes for medium–large data initiatives
• Support BAs and BI devs in defining project PRDs and analytical scope
  
  

• Help define and document shared KPI logic across the business
• Introduce light process frameworks (not bureaucracy!) to help the team scale
  
  

• 3–6 years experience in product management, analytics, or data operations
• Proven track record managing data/analytics initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Fluency in data concepts (data modeling, pipelines, dashboards, governance)
• Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Airflow, Hive/Spark, Databricks, and modern data stacks
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and structured problem-solving skills
  
  

• Experience in performance marketing, D2C, or eCommerce
• Technical experience in SQL or Python (can read, understand, and challenge)
