Technical Writer

We’re looking for a Technical Writer to join our team and create clear, accurate, and engaging documentation that empowers developers, enterprise clients, and internal teams. This role is key to ensuring our complex products are accessible and easy to adopt.

Responsibilities:

• Write and maintain high-quality technical content: user guides, developer documentation, API references, release notes, and white papers.
• Translate complex blockchain and fintech concepts into user-friendly, structured documentation.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, designers, and support teams to gather and validate technical information.
• Continuously improve and update documentation in line with product changes, feedback, and evolving user needs.
• Ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation – end to end.
• Introduce visual aids, interactive elements, and multimedia to enhance the user experience.
• Support technical marketing initiatives by contributing to white papers and related materials.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in fintech, cybersecurity, blockchain, or a related domain.
• Fluent/Excellent English – must
• Proven ability to understand and document technical concepts, APIs, SDKs, and developer workflows.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for detail and clarity.
• Hands-on experience writing documentation using Markdown – must.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Archbee, Git, or Mermaid (charts) – an advantage.
• Team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
