Legal Advisor

Abra, a leading public technology company, is looking for a Commercial-Tech Legal Advisor to join our legal department.

What will you do?

• Provide ongoing legal support for the company’s activities on commercial IT issues
• Manage negotiations and draft various agreements
• Collaborate with multiple departments within the company
• Join a dynamic legal team in a diverse and challenging role

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience of 2-4 years in IT law, either in the legal department of a technology company or at a leading law firm
• Experience in drafting DPA agreements, privacy protection, and cybersecurity – an advantage
• Native-level English proficiency – both spoken and written in legal contexts
• Strong business acumen, process management skills, and flexible thinking
• Excellent interpersonal skills, responsibility, and high professional integrity
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to work hard
