Job Description

As a Logistics and Storage Receiver, you'll be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of food products in our warehouse, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and sanitation standards. You'll play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production needs. In your day-to-day, you will

• Receive goods from external suppliers and verify them against orders (quantity, condition, expiration)
• Store products correctly based on temperature requirements (refrigeration, freezing, dry storage)
• Organize the warehouse systematically while adhering to FIFO/LIFO principles
• Distribute goods based on production requests
• Record and update inventory movements in the system
• Conduct regular and periodic inventory counts
• Maintain cleanliness, order, and sanitation standards in the warehouse
• Report shortages, defects, or expired products
  
  

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of inventory management systems
• Physical ability to perform warehouse tasks and work under pressure
• Ability to commute daily
• Prior experience as a warehouse operator would be an advantage (preferably in food storage
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices would be an advantage
