Strategic Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end management of complex web and mobile development projects from conception to delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, product, and business stakeholders
• Drive project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies

Technical Requirements & Solution Design

• Define comprehensive technical requirements and functional specifications for web and mobile applications
• Work closely with development teams to architect scalable solutions and technology roadmaps
• Translate business objectives into actionable technical deliverables and project milestones

Team Motivation & Stakeholder Management

• Inspire and motivate diverse teams across multiple departments and organizational levels
• Facilitate effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
• Build consensus and drive decision-making in complex organizational structures

Leadership & Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in complex organizational environments
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale web and mobile projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams of 10+ members

Technical Expertise

• Deep understanding of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter)
• Experience with software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello)
