Quality Control Laboratory Manager

Nirlat, a leading Israeli manufacturer of decorative paints and industrial coatings, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Quality Control Laboratory Manager. This position plays a key role in maintaining our high product standards and supporting continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee daily operations of the QC laboratory.

Perform physical and chemical testing on paint and coating products (e.g., color analysis, gloss, hardness, humidity, flexibility).

Investigate quality issues and customer complaints, and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with Production, QA, Sales, and R&D departments.

Prepare product samples for internal teams and customer evaluations.

Ensure compliance with laboratory protocols and safety standards.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience managing or working in a QC/QA laboratory within an industrial environment – required.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Materials Engineering, or a related field – required.

Industry background in paints, coatings, adhesives, or chemical materials – strong advantage.

Strong command of English for reading and writing professional reports.
