A high-tech company developing a marketplace platform for digital services, connecting businesses of all sizes with freelancers worldwide.

The platform offers over 700 categories of digital services, including content writing, web design and development, logo creation, marketing, translation, and more. Additionally, the company provides a variety of B2B solutions for organizations.

Located in Tel Aviv near a train station, the company supports remote work options. It employs about 1,000 people globally, with 600 based in Israel.

About the Role:

Part of a 3-developer Android team, reporting to the team lead
The team develops the company’s mobile app, which has approximately 50 million downloads
Highly autonomous team involved in almost every aspect of the product
Production-level environment with strong ownership
Development primarily in Kotlin (greenfield projects) and Java (maintenance) for Android

Requirements-

3+ years of professional Android development experience.
Deep expertise in Kotlin, and solid understanding of Java interoperability.
Experience with Jetpack Compose in production.
Strong knowledge of lifecycle management, coroutines, and background tasks.
Hands-on experience with architectural patterns and modularization.
Deep understanding with Dependency Injection frameworks.
Comfortable in cross-functional teams and communicating technical decisions clearly.
Able to lead features or initiatives independently.
