Role description

• Join the newly formed GenAI team, leading the development of the company’s chatbot
• Research and develop LLM infrastructure at scale with a strong research orientation
• Build advanced RAG-based data pipelines
• Perform fine-tuning of models (including LoRA and others)
• Integrate LLM-based solutions into the company’s products
• Optimize models and system performance in production environments
• Collaborate closely with Backend, Data Science, DevOps, and Product teams
• Opportunity to drive real innovation in a complex, multi-layered AI domain
• Work with cutting-edge technologies such as: LLM, GenAI, RAG, LoRA, NLP, Python, LangChain, GCP, AWS, BigQuery, Clickhouse, Elasticsearch, Multimodal AI, Accessibility AI

Requirements-

• 3+ years of experience in AI research – required
• Hands-on experience with LLMs – required
• Proficiency in Python development – required
• Experience in training and deploying ML models – required
• Experience with NLP – advantage
• Master’s degree – significant advantage
