We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day bookkeeping operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, including processing bills, creating new vendors, and generating purchase orders (POs)
• Handle credit card transactions and reconciliations
• Process accounts receivable (AR) receipts
• Prepare journal entries
• Support additional ad-hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Certified Bookkeeper – Level 2 or 3
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience (experience in a high-tech company is a strong advantage)
• Experience with NetSuite and/or Concur – a significant advantage
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Proficient English communication skills – both verbal and written
• Advanced Excel skills – mandatory
• Team player with a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
