Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and assimilation processes for our big customers.

This is a field-facing, high-trust role focused on helping customers adopt and use Exponet systems effectively, especially during major project rollouts. You will be responsible for hands-on training, usage support, and ensuring users understand and apply the system as intended.

This is a full-time position based in Bnei Brak with field travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer onboarding and assimilation processes for major Exponet system rollouts
• Conduct hands-on user training (one-on-one and small group sessions)
• Serve as a day-to-day contact for operational system questions during early phases
• Work closely with Support, Product, and Project teams to ensure smooth adoption
• Capture customer feedback and escalate gaps or change requests internally
• Support documentation and usage material improvements

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles (implementation, onboarding, or training)
• Strong communication skills and a patient, service-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn complex systems and explain them clearly to users
• Comfortable working with engineering and infrastructure professionals
• Organized, self-directed, and professional under pressure
• Fluent Hebrew, basic English
• Driver’s license – advantage (some travel required)
