Exponet is a comprehensive construction management platform offering 14 essential modules that streamline every phase of a construction project — from tenders and budgeting to execution and quality control. Our systems support public and private sector organizations across Israel, including national-scale clients.

Role Description

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding and assimilation processes for our big customers.

This is a field-facing, high-trust role focused on helping customers adopt and use Exponet systems effectively, especially during major project rollouts. You will be responsible for hands-on training, usage support, and ensuring users understand and apply the system as intended.

This is a full-time position based in Bnei Brak with field travel to customer sites as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead customer onboarding and assimilation processes for major Exponet system rollouts
Conduct hands-on user training (one-on-one and small group sessions)
Serve as a day-to-day contact for operational system questions during early phases
Work closely with Support, Product, and Project teams to ensure smooth adoption
Capture customer feedback and escalate gaps or change requests internally
Support documentation and usage material improvements
