We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Specialist to join our team in Petah Tikva.

Job Description:

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process. This includes ongoing follow-up on outstanding debts, communicating with customers, handling objections professionally, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Manage ongoing collections from business clients

·      Monitor open debts and provide regular reporting

·      Conduct phone calls and send reminders/letters to customers

·      Handle customer account reconciliations

·      Collaborate with the accounting and commercial teams

·      Assist in preparing collections and aging reports

Requirements:

·      At least 1 year of proven experience in collections – mandatory

·      Experience working with ERP systems – advantage (SAP/Priority preferred)

·      Good command of Excel

·      High service orientation, assertiveness, and negotiation skills

·      Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
