About the Role:We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Head of Business Development to lead and expand our growth efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving the company's go-to-market efforts across sales, marketing, and channel development.
You will work closely with product and technical leadership to shape and execute our growth strategy, increase market presence, and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
This is a full time position in Tel-Aviv.
In this role you will:
- Take a leadership role in overseeing day-to-day business development operations, with the expectation of managing additional team members as the company grows.
- Drive business growth by expanding international sales channels, with a focus on building and managing distributor networks.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players (e.g., Autodesk).
- Develop complementary services and product offerings that align with Atir’s long-term strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business development efforts support product and customer needs.
- Leverage your domain expertise — ideally from the engineering or construction tech space — to identify market opportunities and build credibility with partners and customers.
- Preferred backgrounds include experience in building design and engineering and/or at construction tech companies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales leadership roles — ideally in the software or construction tech sectors.
- Proven track record of building and scaling international sales channels, including experience working with distributors, resellers, or global partners.
- Strong understanding of B2B software markets, with the ability to identify new opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies.
- Experience managing strategic partnerships, preferably with major industry players (e.g., Autodesk or similar).
- Domain knowledge in engineering, construction, or structural design — a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with prior experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
