What We’re Looking For:

• A proven expert in raising capital for tech companies.
• Someone with strong connections to angel investors/Family funds and VC funds in Israel and abroad (especially in the U.S. market).
• A highly skilled storyteller with deep business understanding and a wide network.

Our Unique Compensation Model:

• Initial success-based commission: 5% of the investment amount + 5% of the equity granted to the investor.
• After the first successful fundraising, we offer a fixed monthly retainer in addition to commissions to ongoing introductions.
• Commission is also applicable to business opportunities created via your connections.

Our Goal:

• To raise capital for rapid growth, expansion into new markets (with a focus on the U.S.), and long-term exit strategy.
