Field Sales Representative – Medical Devices | Nationwide (Israel)

Amiel Balance Ltd. is a leading importer and distributor of innovative medical devices to hospitals and clinics across Israel.

We're looking for a passionate, experienced sales professional who knows the field, drives processes, and builds strong relationships with decision-makers.

• Field sales to hospitals, HMOs, and private clinics
• Managing relationships with OR nurses, physicians, procurement, and clinical teams
• Leading product demos, pilots, KOL engagement, and tender processes
• Independently managing pipeline, meeting sales targets, and expanding business

• At least 2 years of experience in medical device sales
• Familiarity with the Israeli healthcare system and hospital environment
• Strong advantage: experience selling to OR or ICU departments
• Process-driven, persistent, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Full-time field-based position (trusted employee)
• Company car, mobile phone, laptop, and full operational support
