The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing Salesforce projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
The role includes characterization, project management on Salesforce.crm, ability to design an expanded and comprehensive solution concept and customer support from A to Z.
Requirements:
Previous experience in project management / systems analysis on Salesforce.crm systems
Knowledge and experience in systems analysis and writing characterization documents
Previous experience in project management from A to Z in ongoing customer relations
Experience in direct/matrix management of a team
Experience in ongoing customer work
