Chief Human Resources Officer

Cloudinary is a cloud-based company delivering visual experiences to the world’s leading brands. Growing in revenue and with 400+ employees across five global offices, plus remote team members, we’re scaling and entering an exciting new chapter of growth.

We’re looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer to join our leadership team and help shape the next phase of our global people strategy. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll sit at the executive table alongside other C-level leaders, helping steer business goals while building a high-impact HR function across every area from business partnering, employee experience, L&D, organizational development, talent acquisition, and total rewards.

This role requires someone who has led end-to-end HR in scaling environments and has built and managed global HR teams. You’ll bring deep expertise in organizational strategy, culture development, and coaching, while playing a key role in evolving our people practices to support a distributed, growth-minded workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a scaling global People organization as a critical driver of the business
• Setting a Global HR strategy that drives our company goals and values that empower our people
• As the most senior people leader in the organization, you will build the company vision, strategy, roadmap, and philosophy in partnership with senior leadership and management teams
• Building strong connections and communication lines among employees and Cloudinary’s global offices
• Shaping, nurturing, and championing Cloudinary’s open and collaborative culture by building a strong global People platform for Cloudinary, both internally and externally
• Creating a competitive employment brand for Cloudinary that attracts and retains the best talent
• Driving to standardize globally on the most effective methods, policies, and procedures for managing talent, while setting a high bar for hiring, developing, and retaining the right talent at every level
• Build, manage, and develop our powerhouse global People team
• Introduce the most innovative People practices; find the match, create, or customize ones that uniquely fit Cloudinary
  
  

• You must have 5+ years of Global HR Leadership experience, leading the People function of a technology/SaaS company, managing end-to-end HR (HRBP, Ops, TA & L&D)
• You’ve helped build great global companies and culturally diverse environments that can support in-office, hybrid, and/or remote workplaces
• You are strategic, innovative, and collaborative with a progressive and growth-minded approach
• You are enabling leadership and managers to lead in a proactive, thoughtful, empathetic, responsive, and organized team to drive actionable outcomes
• You are a confident and polished presenter
• You readily connect with employees at all levels
• You are open to working from and traveling to our global offices, both domestically and internationally
