CTO for Optical / Photonic / Laser industry

A start-up that develops fast optical devices is seeking a CTO to lead the innovation and algorithms of the laser-based system. You will lead the physical-optical / Photonic research teams and design multidisciplinary solutions for different customers.

You will manage a team of researchers, physicists and algorithms, and electro-optical engineers. You should understand the market and ecosystem, and competitors and have a strong product orientation.

PhD in experimental physics / applied physics / Electro-Optics from Ivy League or a leading university in Israel.

Master in Optical experiments, Lab, and measurements.

Proven experience with the Development of optical devices / Laser unit/technology.

7+ years of experience as a senior director / VP / CTO in the industry with commercial products, strategic planning, and execution of delivery to clients.

Direct management of an Optical development group of researchers in the Optic/ Photonics / Laser Industry.

Experience with the management of algorithms and optimizations is a plus.
