What You'll Do

As a Data Operations & Validations Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our data is accurate, clean, and trustworthy. Whether it’s onboarding new clients, verifying records, or supporting cross-team initiatives, your work will keep our operations running smoothly and our decisions data-informed. Responsibilities

• Perform daily data validation checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Support the onboarding process for new clients, vendors, and operational records.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies in collaboration with Product, Ops, and Analytics teams.
• Monitor internal data pipelines and proactively suggest improvements to boost quality and reliability.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures for recurring data checks and validations.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems).
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Curiosity and a desire to grow in the world of data, operations, and technology.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), databases, or analytics tools — prior experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills — you’ll work closely with multiple teams.
