As an Instructional Designer at Penlink, you’ll play a key role in creating engaging, effective learning experiences that align with our organizational goals.

You'll use innovative, technology-driven solutions to turn complex technical concepts into interactive content that improves knowledge retention and real-world application.

This role combines instructional design expertise, project management, and close collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) to deliver high impact learning that supports our customers’ professional growth.

What You’ll Do

• Design engaging, self-paced digital learning experiences to support customer onboarding, product adoption, and long-term success.
• Develop high-quality content including interactive modules, simulations, video-based training, and quick-reference guides.
• Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia to create polished, intuitive, and effective learning assets.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and Customer Success teams to gather insights, validate accuracy, and align learning materials with real-world product usage.
• Publish and manage learning paths within our Learning Management System (Docebo), ensuring a smooth and engaging learner journey.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to accelerate content production and enhance training effectiveness.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design with a focus on self-paced, content development, and product-focused learning.
• Highly motivated, independent, and capable of learning new technologies quickly.
• Strong Visual Design Skills and Excellent written communication - Ability to craft engaging, intuitive, and learner-friendly training experiences.
• Project Management Abilities - Skilled in handling multiple projects, collaborating with SMEs, and managing work processes effectively.
• Technical Proficiency – Experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise), Camtasia, and other instructional development tools.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., voiceovers, auto-captioning, content generation) in training development.
• Familiarity with Docebo or other Learning Management Systems.
• Fluency in English for communication and content creation within our global community.
