CTO – OpenCEX Expert | Remote Partnership Role

Pool4Ever is a global cryptocurrency mining and exchange platform, live since 2022.

We support over 40 coins with SOLO and PPLNS payout options and serve thousands of users daily.

🧠 Requirements (Technical Stack):

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with OpenCEX – Mandatory.

Proficient in Python and the Django framework

Experience with Gunicorn, ASGI, Daphne, and WebSocket

Daily use of Docker & Docker Compose for isolated service environments

Strong SQL and PostgreSQL knowledge – query optimization, indexes, joins, etc.

Working with PyCharm or equivalent IDE

Familiar with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, staging → production deployments

Experience in building, scaling, and maintaining secure backend systems

Now we Build our Exchange on the powerful OpenCEX open-source framework, our platform operates on our own private data center infrastructure, ensuring top-tier performance, full system control, and maximum security.

🛠️ Role Responsibilities:

Full backend development and maintenance of our OpenCEX platform

Integration of new crypto tokens and standalone coins (RPC/API/Explorer connectivity)

Ensure scalability, uptime, and security of backend services

Maintain production and staging environments across multiple containers

Manage infrastructure, logs, monitoring, and database health

Collaborate closely with the founder, contribute to system architecture

Lead backend direction and future team members as technical co-founder

We’re now looking for a Backend CTO partner – a highly skilled developer with strong leadership abilities and deep experience in OpenCEX.

➕ Require Skills :

Familiarity with Angular (v15–v20)

Experience in DevOps (CI/CD, reverse proxies, Docker Registry, NGINX)

Proficiency with Linux / Ubuntu Server

Past contributions to open-source or blockchain-related projects.

💼 Position Details:

📍 100% Remote

⏱️ Full-time commitment

💰 Equity-based partnership:

Year 1: 5% of net profits

Year 2: 6%

Year 3 and beyond: 7%
