Software Team Leader

Catch is the First Personalized Retail Media Platform for the Physical Space, powered by deep learning AI technologies, that captures in-store shoppers' micro-moments in real-time and connects the store to the digital ecosystem. By creating an anonymous "cookie" for the physical world, Catch enables the understanding of shopper behavior and converting it into media.

Role Description
The Software Team Leader is 80% hands on and 20% management, will be responsible for leading a team of developers including back-end and full stack developers.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience in software development.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
• At least 5 years experience with Python - Must
• At least 5 years experience with .Net core - Advantage
• At least 5 years experience with GCP/AWS architecture
• At least 3 years experience in Angular - Advantage
• Experience with database technologies, including MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Experience in building complex software architecture .
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
