UI / UX Designer

We're looking for a creative and curious UI/UX Designer to help us craft intuitive digital experiences and bring bold ideas to life in interfaces users will love.

Who Are We?

We are Flashy, a leading B2B SaaS company. Our Marketing Automation Platform enables companies to get more sales with less effort.

We are currently working 100% remotely, with a possible transition to a hybrid model in the future.

This is a full-time position with the option to work part time.

Responsibilities:

Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to optimize user experiences.

Leverage your creative thinking to design visually appealing and functional user interfaces that align with brand aesthetics.

Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs

Requirements:

• 1-4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
• A strong portfolio - must (please include a link)
• Proficiency in Figma - must
• High-level proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written)- must
• Proven experience designing complex systems, dashboards, or internal tools
• Experience designing for Single Page Applications (SPA)- a significant advantage
• Previous work in a SaaS company - advantage
