We're looking for a Technical Product Marketer who can help us tell that story, lead from the front, and make sure our customers (and our employees) understand the full value of what Atera can do.

About The Role

As a Technical Product Marketer at Atera, you’ll be our in-house subject matter expert and the bridge between product, marketing, sales, and our customers. You’ll help shape how we position our technology, bring it to life through workshops and content, and guide our teams and community in understanding its power. Love translating technical value into real-world impact for customers? You might be the person we’re looking for.

In this role, you will:

• Be the technical voice of Atera, leading the creation of product walkthroughs, best-practice guides, and technical guides that highlight the real-world value of our platform.
• Run and scale hands-on technical workshops, live demos, and training sessions for prospects, customers, and internal teams—helping everyone speak the same (Autonomous IT with AI) language.
• Develop impactful enablement tools like ROI calculators, competitive battlecards, and reference architectures that make it easy for GTM teams to tell our story.
• Build relationships with strategic customers and IT influencers, gather insights, and help validate Atera’s differentiated value across key verticals.
• Lead internal technical enablement for sales, marketing, and SE teams—arming them with the confidence and clarity to speak to IT audiences with authority.
  
  

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role (solutions engineering, product, IT consultancy, or enablement) in a B2B SaaS or IT-focused company.
• A strong grasp of the IT landscape—RMM, ITSM, endpoint management, and how it all connects. Bonus points for hands-on IT experience or AI tool knowledge.
• You're a natural communicator with excellent presentation skills, able to make complex topics feel simple and engaging.
• Proven experience running product demos, webinars, and workshops that resonate with technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration skills—you’re just as comfortable in a technical deep dive as you are leading a cross-functional brainstorm.
• Confidence engaging with IT pros, sysadmins, and MSPs—you speak their language and understand their pain points.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Atera or similar platforms, and active participation in IT communities or forums.
