Leading all engineering activities in operations, both related to development activities within the organization and with suppliers/subcontractors. Supporting products and projects from early development stages to Mass Production. Creating product trees and production files.

Synchronizing and tracking project progress, acting as the Point of Contact (POC) in operations with the program manager and project manager in development.

Closely supporting model assembly in development and preparing materials for transition to production.

Reviewing and approving mechanical drawings.

Knowledge of ASME, ANSI / IPC standards (ASME Y14.100, IPC-A-630).

Working with subcontractors for manufacturing and resolving issues in production lines.

Handling procurement to obtain price quotes, ensuring smooth transition from development to production, product engineering, and assembly.

Defining and drafting cables for company products.

Managing and executing engineering change orders.

Writing assembly production files in English.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental standards REACH, RoHS & WEEE for company products.

Required Skills -

• Engineer or Technician in Mechanical/Electronics Engineering (preference for Mechanical Engineer or Technician).
• Over 3 years of experience in similar companies.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-organizational activities.
• Extensive and in-depth technical background in mechanics and enclosures, including reviewing and approving drawings.
• Extensive and in-depth technical background in electronics and printed circuits.
• Extensive knowledge of Solidworks EPDM applications.
• Knowledge and experience with Priority software.
• Extensive knowledge of Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of English proficiency.
