Global System and Security Manager

We are looking for a highly experienced and visionary System & Information Security Manager to lead and evolve our global IT infrastructure and cyber security operations.

In this pivotal role, you will take full ownership of the company’s IT systems and information security posture, ensuring they are resilient, secure, scalable, and aligned with global best practices. You’ll lead a skilled and agile team, manage cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with international teams across time zones.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our global IT infrastructure and security architecture.

Manage a team of professionals across systems, networking, and cybersecurity disciplines.

Own and oversee all Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Azure AD), Windows 11 environments, and virtualization platforms (VMware).

Define, implement, and monitor IT security policies, standards, and controls across all environments (cloud and on-prem).

Manage all aspects of network security: firewalls, VPNs, VLANs, secure remote access, and Wi-Fi.

Lead incident response, vulnerability management, and business continuity planning.

Work with leadership and legal teams to ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, ISO 27001, etc.).

Drive automation and scripting initiatives (PowerShell, Python) to increase operational efficiency and security.

Collaborate with global teams to ensure IT and security strategies align with business needs and growth.

Build and maintain clear documentation for IT systems, processes, and security protocols.

Stay ahead of global IT and security trends, threats, and emerging technologies.

What You Bring

5+ years of leadership experience in IT infrastructure and/or security roles in multinational environments.

Proven success as a System Manager, IT Manager, or Security Lead in global, hybrid cloud environments.

Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.

Hands-on experience with VMware and enterprise virtualization.

Strong background in information security, risk management, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and managing hybrid infrastructure.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent English – written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CCNA, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer.

Experience building security programs from the ground up in high-growth companies.

Familiarity with automated deployment tools, endpoint protection, and SIEM/SOC solutions.

Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python) for operational automation and security hardening.
