A seed stage company in our portfolio, working in the AI and SaaS space, is seeking an experienced marketing leader to oversee their strategy, growth efforts, and brand. They are looking for someone who can balance high-level go-to-market strategy with a hands-on, execution-oriented approach.
This role is 5 days a week on site at the company's office in Tel Aviv (near HaShalom Station).
Responsibilities
- Own the company's brand, positioning, messaging, and competitive approach
- Collaborate with Sales and across the GtM org to drive leads and support growth
- Own and manage the company's properties, content, and thought leadership
- Manage and mentor a marketing team to scale your efforts
- Build the infrastructure needed to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts
Qualifications
- At least 6+ years in diverse/all-around marketing roles, including in leadership positions
- Experience in a startup environment, with a strong preference for B2B enterprise companies
- Excellent messaging and creative sensibility with a track record of defining world-class brands
- Experience managing teams
- A hands-on approach, including in recent roles
- Ability to contribute to leadership-level decision-making
