Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a part-time/student Customer Support Representative to join our thriving start-up. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across three shifts—morning, evening, and nights—providing exceptional customer support. In your day-to-day tasks, you'll engage with a diverse range of customer inquiries, applying your analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure their needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilitie

• sFunction as the primary customer contact for all incoming and assigned customer cases by providing technical support via phone, email, or other method
• sEscalate customer issues, and request assistance as appropriate
• .Monitor the global “Leak Dashboard”, contacting customers proactively to alert them about events detected by the syste
• mAddress customers’ requests at all stages of engagemen
• tAcquire, maintain, and expand knowledge of WINT products, current support policies, and methods of support delivery, to quickly provide technically accurate and complete solution

sRequired Skills and Experienc

• eHebrew and English at a native language level – MUS
• TCustomer support orientation with high analytical capabilitie
• sStrong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with customer
• sStrong problem-solving skill
• sAbility to work independently and as part of a team
