Recruitment Coordinator Position

Are you an experienced recruitment coordinator interested in developing in the technological world?

InfinityLabs is a research and development company that operates Israel's most successful career transition program for software development professions. The company trains hundreds of outstanding academic graduates, mostly from engineering and exact sciences backgrounds, for development positions in high-tech.

• CV screening and filtering from multiple and diverse recruitment sources, conducting phone interviews with suitable candidates and inviting them to assessment days for the program
• Managing recruitment days - conducting face-to-face interviews, making decisions on suitability for the program and signing contracts
• Sourcing work on social networks and working with interfaces within business collaboration frameworks
• Special recruitment projects - executing various and diverse recruitment projects from time to time, in addition to regular recruitment
• Mentoring new training groups in HR aspects as they begin their training
• Continuous requirement to meet quantitative and qualitative recruitment targets

✅ Relevant academic degree

✅ At least 2 years of experience in face-to-face interviews

✅ High-level English

✅ Experience and affinity for sales - significant advantage

✅ Willingness for full-time position

Location: Diamond Exchange complex in Ramat Gan (adjacent to Savidor Center train station)
