Quality Management Consultant at Nextep

At Nextep, a leading consultancy in the field of standards and quality management, we’re looking for a Quality Management Consultant to join our team.

If you're passionate about quality systems and want to make an impact across diverse organizations – we'd love to meet you!

• Guide organizations through ISO certification processes
• Implement and maintain quality management systems
• Write procedures and protocols, and train employees to meet standard requirements
• Work closely with senior management
• Independently manage schedules and projects

• Bachelor's degree (final-year students may also apply)
• Experience with ISO standards – an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car – required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High level of organization, attention to detail, service-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel across Israel
