Quality Assurance Tester

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manual/Automation Software QA Tester to join the Digital Development Department of oof a large, well-established company in Israel.

This is a challenging and impactful role involving responsibility, collaboration, and working with diverse technologies.

this position requires availability for 24/7 on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive manual and/or automation testing for complex web-based systems
• Work closely with various interfaces: development teams, system analysts, project managers
• Conduct end-to-end (E2E) testing, including integration of multiple systems
• Test and validate complex CRM systems
• Write high-quality test documentation (STD, STR, STP)
• Perform regular testing on both mobile and desktop platforms
• Utilize test and defect management tools such as JIRA

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing – mandatory
• In-depth knowledge and experience with SQL and databases – mandatory
• Proven experience working with CRM systems – mandatory
• Experience testing web platforms (both mobile and desktop) – mandatory
• Hands-on experience testing mobile applications (Android/iOS) – mandatory
• Experience working with JIRA – mandatory
• Relevant technical education (e.g., software engineering diploma or a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field) – advantage
• Significant advantage: experience in writing automation scripts (using Selenium, Java, or equivalent tools)
