Senior Product Manager- Platform

Job description:

As Product Manager, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for an enterprise SaaS data platform serving large-scale infrastructure and utility projects. You will partner with a domain expert from the infrastructure/construction/utilities sector, and your primary focus will be on platform development, technical product strategy, and cross-functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for the data platform, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
• Translate complex workflows from infrastructure/construction/utility projects into clear product requirements and user stories for engineering and design teams.
• Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, QA, and business stakeholders to deliver a unified, scalable platform.
• Define and track product metrics (adoption, engagement, retention, performance) to inform decisions and measure success.
• Conduct user research—interview customers, gather feedback, and validate solutions to ensure the platform addresses real-world pain points.
• Champion the user experience, ensuring the platform is intuitive, reliable, and delivers clear value to all stakeholders.
• Facilitate integrations with legacy systems (CAD, GIS, project management, utility databases) and ensure smooth data migration and interoperability.
• Communicate product vision and updates to internal teams and executive stakeholders, aligning everyone around shared goals.
  
  

• Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience in product management, software engineering, technical project management, or related roles.
• At least 3 years must be as a Product Manager for B2B SaaS or enterprise data platforms.
• Demonstrated experience managing products that involve complex data workflows, integrations, and multi-stakeholder environments.
• Proven ability to translate technical and domain-specific requirements into actionable product plans.
• Strong understanding of platform architecture concepts (e.g., modular design, APIs, data security, scalability).
• Experience working with or alongside engineering and design teams to deliver technically robust products.
• Excellent analytical skills—able to interpret product usage data, market trends, and user feedback to drive decisions.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; able to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product management tools (Jira, Aha!, Figma, etc.)
• Experience with integration of legacy systems (such as CAD, GIS, or project management software) is a strong plus.
  
  

• Experience with data platforms for infrastructure, utilities, or construction projects.
• Exposure to geospatial data, BIM, or digital twin technologies.
• Understanding compliance and regulatory requirements in infrastructure/utility sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field.
