Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA engineers focused on testing web-based security applications and network protection products.
• Define and implement QA strategies tailored to web-based platforms and network security domains.
• Establish and maintain effective QA processes, including test planning, test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
• Define and enforce quality standards and best practices for software testing and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product, Project, and DevOps teams to ensure security features are thoroughly tested and meet industry standards.
• Drive the adoption of automation frameworks for API, UI, and network-level testing.
• Monitor and report on quality metrics, vulnerabilities, and test coverage.
• Mentor team members in security testing methodologies and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Stay current with emerging methodologies, technologies, and testing tools relevant to web and network security.
• Implement the use of AI technologies and solutions in yours and your team’s work.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in software QA, with a focus on web applications and/or network security.
• 2+ years in a QA leadership role, managing teams and driving quality initiatives.
• Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP/S, REST APIs, JavaScript) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, SSL/TLS).
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Kubernetes).
• Experience with security testing tools and automation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Selenium, Postman, Terraform testing frameworks).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and monitoring tools.
• Solid understanding of Identity Provider (IdP) integrations, including SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Experience validating Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, incident handling, and compliance workflows.
