What you'll do:
- Drive business performance through data analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, both local and global
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making
- Build dashboards, reports, and financial models using Excel & Power BI
- Support pricing initiatives and performance reviews across business units
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Economics / Business – must
- High proficiency in Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot, Power Query) – must
- Power BI – must
- English (reading/writing) – strong advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and curiosity
- Great communication skills and team spirit
📍 Location: ManpowerGroup HQ, Tel Aviv (next to the train)
💼 Full-time | Hybrid model after onboarding
