Key Responsibilities:
- Leading the technological recruitment team, providing professional guidance and development
- Providing professional guidance, driving processes, and optimizing the recruitment system
- Working with senior management and company clients
- Hands-on E2E tech recruitment
What we're looking for:
- At least 2 years of experience managing a recruitment team – a must
- Experience recruiting for technological positions in outsourcing – a must
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple stakeholde
- Analytical approach with an understanding of performance metrics and recruitment operations
