The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist who’s passionate about technology and eager to shape the future of RevOps.

This is a part-time (~50%) role perfect for someone who wants to work at the intersection of CRM systems and cutting-edge AI solutions. You’ll join a team that thrives on innovation, creative problem-solving, and delivering measurable value to clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of HubSpot and Salesforce, including user management, permissions, custom fields, workflows, and integrations.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reports that drive revenue insights and strategic decisions.
• Champion data quality and integrity, ensuring our clients have accurate, actionable information.
• Build and refine automation workflows, exploring how AI can enhance efficiency and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities where AI tools can improve RevOps processes, from predictive analytics to generative content and smarter reporting.
• Document best practices, configurations, and solutions tailored to each client.
• Act as a trusted advisor, delivering clear communication and guidance to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate effectively across departments, bringing proactive, positive energy to every project.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or related roles.
• Hands-on experience with:
• HubSpot (workflows, custom properties, reporting, automation)
• Salesforce (objects, reports, flows, basic administration)
• Strong analytical and data skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• A deep curiosity for emerging technologies, particularly AI, and their practical application in business processes.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including:
• Building trust quickly and professionally.
• Collaborating seamlessly with diverse teams and personalities.
• Explaining complex technical concepts in a clear, human way.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-starter mindset, eager to learn and operate independently.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating third-party tools with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Understanding of RevOps KPIs and pipeline management.
• Certifications in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Practical experience with AI tools, such as:
• Predictive lead scoring or analytics.
• Generative AI for content or report creation.
• AI-driven automation and CRM integrations.
