DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a talented and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our professional team and take part in managing and maintaining our DevOps tools across NonProd and Prod environments. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to automate manual processes, integrating advanced automation infrastructure, and establishing automated processes on cutting-edge platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage DevOps tools in both NonProd and Prod environments, delivering services to the entire organization
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive tasks forward and automate processes
• Plan, build, and manage OpenShift infrastructure and workflows according to organizational needs
• Oversee automation processes and environment configurations for both infrastructure and applications
• Expand and maintain automation tools, including log analysis and script development
• Integrate automation tools across development and infrastructure environments for OpenShift
• Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of proven experience in a DevOps role in a large organization – mandatory
• Experience with CI/CD processes – at least 1 year – mandatory
• Proficiency with OpenShift, Docker, Helm – mandatory
• Strong scripting skills – mandatory
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows operating systems – mandatory
• High-level English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory
• Experience working with databases – mandatory
• Experience working with Agile methodologies – significant advantage
• Experience in financial organizations – significant advantage
• Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, JFrog – advantage
• Experience with Bitbucket, Artifactory, and additional DevOps tools – advantage
• Familiarity with Web security systems like WAF, Xray, Bluecoat, Jas, Filtering – advantage
• Networking and load balancing experience with tools like F5 or Alteon – advantage
• Cloud environment experience – mandatory
• Knowledge of databases such as Redis, PostgreSQL, or MySQL – advantage
• Experience with monitoring and control systems – advantage
