Description
- Design and develop electronic boards and hardware system architecture
- Lead full product lifecycle: concept, schematic, layout guidance, bring-up, and production
- Collaborate with software, mechanical, system, and integration teams
- Work closely with subcontractors and support performance analysis
- Participate in design reviews, system validations, and field testing
- Support transition from development to manufacturing
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in board-level hardware design
- Proficiency in analog and digital design, simulations, component selection, and layout guidance
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, testing, and integration
- Familiarity with EMC standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
Nice to have
- Experience with MIL-STD standards
- Knowledge of FPGAs or programmable devices
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
- Ability to work with software teams and read embedded code
- Customer-facing experience and willingness to travel abroad
