Description

• Design and develop electronic boards and hardware system architecture
• Lead full product lifecycle: concept, schematic, layout guidance, bring-up, and production
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, system, and integration teams
• Work closely with subcontractors and support performance analysis
• Participate in design reviews, system validations, and field testing
• Support transition from development to manufacturing

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience in board-level hardware design
• Proficiency in analog and digital design, simulations, component selection, and layout guidance
• Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, testing, and integration
• Familiarity with EMC standards
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English

Nice to have

• Experience with MIL-STD standards
• Knowledge of FPGAs or programmable devices
• Team leadership or mentoring experience
• Ability to work with software teams and read embedded code
• Customer-facing experience and willingness to travel abroad
