Junior Influencer Manager

Particle is a dynamic and innovative e-commerce company dedicated to delivering exceptional products to our customers. As we expand our portfolio, we’re looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Influencer Manager to help scale our influencer and creator programs. This position is ideal for someone passionate about creator marketing and social media, and excited to build authentic relationships with influencers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help manage and grow Particle’s portfolio of micro and macro influencers.
• Source new creators and brand ambassadors across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Handle day-to-day communication with creators, ensuring smooth onboarding and content delivery.
• Track and manage creative asset flow from influencers and creators.
• Collect, organize, and repurpose influencer content for other marketing channels.
• Assist in managing monthly influencer reporting and campaign tracking.
• Keep up to date with creator trends, platforms, and emerging voices in the male grooming and lifestyle space.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing or social media.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Native or fluent English speaker; additional languages a plus.
• Experience using influencer tools/platforms is a bonus.
• A passion for social media, influencers, and men’s lifestyle/grooming content.
