Line Technologist

As a Line Technologist, you’ll be responsible for supporting and optimizing production processes, solving line issues, and driving continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor and beyond.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time support for process deviations and production challenges
• Accompany and coach production teams throughout daily operations
• Support product development trials and scale-up processes
• Optimize batch sheets, process documentation, and reporting flows
• Validate and maintain process parameters and control limits
• Analyze line performance and recurring issues, and lead long-term solutions
• Initiate and implement changes to improve production efficiency and consistency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Planning, Procurement, Sales, and Product
• Work primarily on the production floor (70%), combined with office-based activities (30%)
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role – mandatory
• Experience in a manufacturing environment in the food or pharmaceutical industry – mandatory
• B.Sc. in Food Engineering, Food Technology, or Chemical Engineering – mandatory
• Strong process leadership skills
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to train and transfer process knowledge to operations teams
• Proactive mindset, systems thinking, and strong technical understanding
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work intensively on the production floor
